Vision & Hearing Screening - Grades K, 1, 3, 6

Annual vision/hearing screenings for all Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and 6th grade students is scheduled for Oct. 20th and 21st.

Vision screenings will be done on those students who's parents have paid the $5.00 fee to Specs and Winks. All students will have their hearing checked. Please see form below.
